Return Policy

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including rights relating to defective, damaged, misdescribed, or non-conforming products.

Except where required by law or approved by BLNCD in writing, all sales are final.

Only standard, non-custom, non-special-order products may be considered for return, subject to prior written approval from BLNCD.

Custom-made, manufactured-to-order, special-order, assembled, modified, used, installed, or damaged items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless required by law or approved in writing by BLNCD.

All returns require prior written authorization from BLNCD. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

To qualify for return, items must be:

• unused;
• in original condition; and
• in original packaging with all components and accessories.

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Approved returns are subject to the following restocking fees:

• 25% for non-assembled products;
• 35% for assembled products, if accepted by BLNCD in writing.

Approved returns will be issued as a credit note only, to be applied toward future purchases. No cash or credit card refunds will be provided except where required by applicable law.

Shipping, handling, freight, duty, and related charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers must inspect products upon delivery and notify BLNCD promptly of any defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming items. Valid claims will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any applicable warranty.

BLNCD may amend this Return Policy from time to time, but the version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
